CoNorth is a cooperative development nonprofit.
We specialize in the support of all housing cooperatives. Our current programs are focused on manufactured home communities. Our work creates and revitalizes neighborhoods, provides direct support to residents with low-incomes to take control of their futures, and promotes affordable, self-governing communities that last for generations.

Our History
CoNorth started in 1999 as the Northcountry Cooperative Foundation, a supporter and incubator of Minnesota cooperatives.
In 2004, we refined our mission to focus on the support of manufactured home communities. In 2025, we rebranded to become CoNorth and fully embrace our expanded scope of service that includes:
