CoNorth is a founding nonprofit partner organization of the ROC USA Network. As a ROC USA Certified Technical Assistance Provider (CTAP), CoNorth has helped residents of 18 manufactured home communities purchase their communities through the “Resident Owned Community” (ROC) model.
