A mission-led, community-focused approach to home ownership
Serving 17 communities in Minnesota and Wisconsin since 2004.
Our work supports affordable home ownership, creates and revitalizes neighborhoods, and promotes affordable, self-governing communities that operate for the benefit of the residents and last for generations.
We offer:
Affordable pricing
As a mission-focused dealership, we want to match buyers with a home they can afford in a community that centers their needs.
Professional Expertise
With over 40 years of combined real estate experience, our team delivers honest, strategic, and informed guidance to help you find the right home, connect you with financing options, and select the right community for your needs.
Ownership of your community
By purchasing a home in a community affiliated with CoNorth, you own a share in the community and have voice in how it is run. Land rents in communities affiliated with CoNorth are more affordable than in the majority of for-profit manufactured home communities. Revenue is reinvested directly back into the neighborhood support infrastructure and amenities like playgrounds, community gardens and storm shelter upgrades.
How it Works

Purchase and Place Your Home
Your real estate agent and CoNorth Homes representative will help guide you through the purchase agreement, inspection procedure, and placement of your home in an affiliated community.
You’re Part of the Community!
Support doesn’t end when you get the keys to your new home. Our team of Cooperative Business Advisors work with each affiliated cooperative to advise and support your board of directors. Co-op members democratically elect their board, who in turn work with the community to make decisions on infrastructure improvements, lot rent, amenities and landscaping.
