Introducing the CoNorth Homes website: A New Doorway to Homeownership

We’re proud to announce the launch of conorthhomes.org, a new website created by CoNorth to support and grow our CoNorth Homes program.

CoNorth Homes — established in 2025 — represents a natural progression of CoNorth’s work to make homeownership in a safe, affordable, resident-owned community an achievable dream for as many as possible. 

CoNorth is affiliated with 18 resident-owned communities in Minnesota and Wisconsin and an ongoing challenge in many of these communities is infill — replacing older, inefficient, and often unsafe homes with affordable new ones that meet community needs. By creating an in-house home sales and homebuyer navigation program focused on quality manufactured homes, we are directly addressing that gap and expanding our ability to ensure these communities remain safe, stable, and vibrant for years to come.

The CoNorth Homes website serves as a digital hub for prospective buyers, featuring:

• Homes currently for sale in CoNorth-affiliated communities.
  
• The advantages of living in a resident-owned community, where neighbors have a voice and a vote.
  
• A Housing Cost Calculator designed to help prospective homeowners estimate the all-in monthly housing costs to purchase a new home.
  
• Links to financing resources for low-income buyers, including the Prime Path Home Loan through NeighborWorks Home Partners
