CoNorth Homes, our newly-launched manufactured home dealership, recently placed its first home at Hillcrest Community Cooperative in Clarks Grove, MN. The three-bedroom, two-bath, 1,140 square foot home will be available to tour at a community celebration at Hillcrest on Sept. 20. The public is welcome to tour the home, learn more about the dealership and learn more about additional home placements coming to Hillcrest and other CoNorth-affiliated communities in the coming months.
The first CoNorth home arrived at Hillcrest Community Cooperative on Aug. 22.
“This is just the first of several homes we will be placing in communities across Minnesota and Wisconsin,” adds Anthony Fernandez, Real Estate Specialist at CoNorth. “We’re excited to get started and grow.”
Through the addition of a manufactured home dealership, CoNorth has expanded our ability to offer durable, affordable and energy-efficient homes at competitive price points. By serving only cooperatives affiliated with CoNorth, we can place homes that are tailored to the needs of both homeowners and our partner cooperatives.
