CoNorth Welcomes Crystal Neff, Office Coordinator

CoNorth is fortunate to have Crystal on board as our new Office Coordinator. She wears many hats: supporting the entire team in a technical and logistical capacity as well as providing direct support to the Executive Director, Director of Finance and Administration, and Director of Communications and Advancment. Her background in photography and website design also comes in handy.

“I started working with CoNorth in late 2025, and it didn’t take long for me to feel at home in the organization,” Crystal says. “CoNorth’s mission of advocating for meaningful, lasting change within communities and in individual lives has given purpose to my daily work and reinforces my commitment to service.”

Crystal was instrumental in helping facilitate a major office move in her first week of work, and she continues to provide staff and departmental support on a daily basis. She brings a broad and diverse skill set to the CoNorth team—spanning the design field, international program management, and local government & non-profit initiatives. She also brings a collaborative spirit to all projects, is endlessly curious, and eager to provide support whenever possible. 

“Working alongside individuals who share this passion continually inspires me to grow, contribute more fully, and remain dedicated to creating a positive impact within the organization and the broader community,” she says. “Hearing firsthand from community members about the changes made possible through CoNorth’s mission, and witnessing real-life transformations at both local and broader levels, further affirms just how vital this work truly is, and I feel fortunate to be a part of it.”
