Reflecting on a Transformative Year at CoNorth

At a time when affordable homeownership is increasingly out of reach for many families, 2025 was a landmark year for CoNorth as we expanded innovative, cooperative solutions that help communities build stability, wealth, and a stronger future.

Over the past year, we helped 71 households achieve resident ownership of their manufactured home communities, launched CoNorth Homes, partnered with peer organizations to expand access to affordable homeownership through new loan and education programs, facilitated nearly $5 million in community infrastructure improvements, and welcomed CoMinnesota as a program of CoNorth. We also celebrated our 25th anniversary and officially rebranded from Northcountry Cooperative Foundation to CoNorth.
